  1. Hi, I’m ready to try your eating habits. Make up a 3 meal plan that would be easy for me to follow, actually I usually eat at least 1 meal a day out, so make it breakfast and dinner. Give me some good choices for breakfast and dinner and I’ll try it and see what happens. I’m just getting over my stomach issues and have lost 7 lbs over the last 6 days.
